NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Cities who are represented in the 24:1 Municipal Partnership and have agreed to cooperate as a single entity moving forward as the 24:1 Municipal Partnership is requesting proposals from qualified engineering consulting firms to develop and deliver a pavement condition assessment for streets within the specific cooperating municipalities as outlined in the appendices. These communities desire to develop a pavement conditions assessment and/or to update their existing pavement condition assessment (if one exists) to evaluate pavement conditions over time and to recommend future street maintenance projects within the individual communities.
The deadline to submit the RFP response is Friday, September 3rd, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. CST. It is the sole responsibility of the responding individual to ensure their email transmittal is digitally timestamped as being sent to the Recipient’s email address prior to the prescribed closing time as late submittals will not be accepted.

Emailed questions or clarifications will be accepted until Tuesday, August 25th, 2021 at 11:59 p.m. CST after which time the questions will be compiled, anonymized and provided with a posted response on this webpage.
