Volunteer
Volunteers serve Beyond Housing in a variety of ways. They come in groups large and small for single day impact projects like painting a home, laying a new floor, clearing brush or putting up a fence. They tutor youth at our Pagedale Family Support Center, serve as representatives to their neighbors through our 24:1 Ambassador Program and sit on committees to plan fundraisers and community events. No matter what task they undertake, they are important to us. So far in 2012, volunteers have put in 1,723 hours helping us impact the community. Time is money, an estimated value of $32,400 to be exact. We hope you’ll consider becoming an integral part of our vision of a community where hope and opportunity make tomorrow better than today.
