Catch the Dream Training Options

On-Line Training

Beyond Housing is very pleased to announce that home buyer training can now be completed on-line...in English or Spanish.  You can proceed at our own pace...start and stop at your convenience..until the 8-hour course is completed.  The fee of $125.00 for on-line training can be paid with a debit card or credit card.  Click here to register for the on-line training course.  Look for New Members Registration in the upper right corner. 

The completion of on-line training is necessary; but, not sufficient to qualify for down payment/closing cost assistance.  In order to qualify for assistance, you must complete online education and a 1 hour follow-up counseling session with Beyond Housing after training has been completed. 

Beyond Housing will be notified when you have completed the on-line course and will contact you to schedule the counseling session...at no additional charge.  Upon completion of the counseling session, Beyond Housing will provide your certificate.  

Classroom Training

If you prefer a more interactive experience with industry leaders and other future home buyers, you may prefer the traditional classroom setting.  In order to obtain your certificate, you must complete 1 class (8 hours).  The fee for classroom training which includes lunch is $95.00.  Beyond Housing will provide your certificate upon completion of the class. 

The completion of classroom training is necessary; but, not sufficient to qualify for down payment/closing cost assistance.  In order to qualify for assistance, you must complete classroom education and a 1 hour follow-up counseling session with Beyond Housing after training has been completed.  You will be assigned a counselor at the end of classroom training and instructions will be provided to arrange for a counseling session.
