The Service-Enriched Rental Housing program assists families that have difficulty bridging the growing gap between housing costs and incomes. Our goal is to help them transform their lives by:
- Providing them with affordable rental housing in safe neighborhoods;
- Working with them to establish long-term goals related to education, employment and homeownership; and
- Connecting them with a comprehensive array of educational, employment, youth development, and other support services to help them achieve these goals.
Within a few short years, families typically find employment, achieve educational goals, and move on to independent living or homeownership for the first time.
