April 29, 2009: KETC/Channel 9 invited Chris Krehmeyer, President/CEO of Beyond Housing, to participate in a panel discussion for The Jim Lehrer News Hour on President Obama's first 100 days in office. March 16, 2009: KETC/Channel 9 asked Beyond Housing, one of their Community Partners, to record their responses to President Obama's new housing plan. In these videos, Chris Krehmeyer, President/CEO of Beyond Housing, talks about how "Making Homes Affordable" will help homeowners. Linda Ingram, Director of Foreclsoure Prevention Services at Beyond Housing, explains who is eligible for the plan, how the plan could effect St. Louis homeowners and the two parts of the plan. March 13, 2009: Chris Krehmeyer, President/CEO of Beyond Housing, was asked to be the only Community Partner to have a private meeting with the global leadership of Citi during their visit to St. Louis earlier this week. Melanie Dileo, Citi liaison to Beyond Housing, sent this note to Chris.

I believe you really speak for St. Louis on what is happening in foreclosures...both good things and bad things. March 7, 2009: St. Michael’s Houses, a ministry of The Church of St. Michael & St. George, presented Beyond Housing with a generous $20,000 donation to be used to rehab a house in the City of Pagedale. Once the rehab is completed, the house will provide an affordable rental home to a family in-need. St. Michael’s Houses, whose mission is to provide equity funding for low-income persons in critical need of housing, has been a partner and contributor to Beyond Housing for over 20 years. In partnership, over 75 homes have been developed and made available to low-income families.
